It’s time to get serious about your health and wellbeing and here is the place where you get started by taking a holistic approach. This is the key to becoming a healthier, happier you.

 

Holistic Health considers the whole person - mind, body and spirit. All aspects need to be balanced and in harmony so you can experiences maximum health and wellness in life. Ancient Cultures around the world knew the importance of the mind, body, spirit connection for our overall wellbeing. Our emotions impact our physical health and our physical health can impact our mental and spiritual health. In Ancient Greece, Plato believed that our mind, body and spirit should be treated and healed holistically and this should still apply today.

Eating a healthy diet and keeping physically active are all vitally important but you also need to take into consideration your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life. A holistic approach encourages self-awareness and self-care, empowering you to take an active role in your health and well-being. It can also help prevent health issues before they arise or enable you to recover better by addressing lifestyle.

 

The Live Happy Well 3 Month Holistic Coaching Program covers everything you need to know about improving your health and wellbeing in a holistic way. It will help you understand what it means to be truly well and how it is possible to achieve ultimate wellness. It is designed to get you to look at your lifestyle and all aspects of the way you live and care for yourself so you can gain a greater understanding and start to make real improvements.

 

There is a comprehensive manual for each month which is broken down into weekly modules. From this you will gain extensive knowledge about different aspects of holistic health and have tasks to complete and we will work together weekly to set actionable and measurable goals to get you back on track to living a healthier, happier life.

 

As a fully qualified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach I can help you look at all areas of your life and together we can devise an action plan to improve in areas where you are struggling, as well as give you skills to help you find balance. I will be with you every step of the way to offer support and encouragement. I am on your side!

Although the program is for 3 months I offer 2 free weeks FREE prior to the start of the official program to give you the foundations and set you on the right track for success and allow you to explore a vision of your future self and what is possible for your life. My aim is to get you to feel inspired right from the start, rather than helpless! At the end of the main 3 months of the program I offer you another 2 weeks FREE to assess where you are and how far you have come and any action you need to take moving forward. Plus I check in on you on a monthly basis (for free) for the following 2 months to ensure you are staying on track as your success is my priority and ultimately my success too.

 

Please be aware that this is an intensive program so it has got to be something that you really truly want and something that you can commit to. If you are serious about improving your health and wellbeing in a holistic way I can assure you that all the tools and knowledge you need is contained within this complete program and it is yours to keep and refer to for life, as wellbeing is a constant journey and not a destination.

My usual clients tend to be women and as such this program has been designed with women in mind but it is open to anyone who is serious about improving their health and wellbeing (although I will check that we are the right fit to work together before I sign you up!)

In the 3 months we will look at all areas of your life and undertake the following:

 

Evaluate

Take stock of where you are currently in your life and what you want to get out of the program.

 

Set Goals

Set goals which will be specific, measurable and achievable, relevant and time-bound so you will know exactly what to do and what success will look like.

 

Take Action

Action items, exercises and various tasks will be assigned for each week to help you reach your specific goals.

 

Examine Progress

We will re-evaluate your progress at weekly intervals for accountability, to ensure that the program is working for you, and to adjust it accordingly.

 

Make a Plan for The Future

Together we will create a plan to maintain your success and continue building toward your goals once your program is complete.

This program is a collaborative process in which I will guide and support you via email on your journey back to health and well-being but you are the only one who can do the work and are ultimately responsible for your own results. Sometimes you just need someone to help you explore all angles to find solutions and be there for you.

 

After 3 months, you will have made changes to your lifestyle and mindset and will feel empowered, happier with yourself, healthier, with a new zest for life. You will also have all the tools you need to continue living the healthy and happy life you were born to live.
